VIU INITIATIVES TRUST

The Trust is an independent corporation, established by Vancouver Island University, that operates as a profitable business enterprise.

The Trust undertakes income-earning business opportunities, ultimately benefiting VIU and the VIU Foundation, the sole beneficiaries of the Trust.

Initiatives may include on-campus and off-campus property development, campus services, entrepreneurial business ventures or investing in other business ventures.
